Fixing The Flex On My CNC Router

I've been using my Genmitsu 4040 Pro CNC for a few months off and on but I keep having the same issue. The XZ axis flexes enough that I either have to slow it way down causing it to burn the wood or the cuts aren't always straight from the axis flexing. In the worst case it actually ends up moving the board and ruining the piece.

I reached out to Sainsmart, the maker of the unit and they sent me an updated axis to replace the original. Here's a quick overview of how we started, the install process and how we're doing in the end.
